1. Overview & Data Minimization Philosophy
TokenMarkdown.com ("TokenMarkdown", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Quite Good Project Labs, provides deterministic, high-speed web-to-markdown extraction APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling for sovereign AI developers, LLM context windows, and RAG pipelines.
We are committed to strict data minimization. Our engine queries publicly accessible web pages and open HTTP endpoints in real time. We do not sell, broker, or monetize user data.
2. Information We Collect
When you use TokenMarkdown services, we collect only the minimum telemetry required to operate our service securely:
- Billing & Account Identifiers: Your email address and Stripe customer ID when subscribing to a paid plan (Builder, Growth, Agency, Scale). Payment cards are processed directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- API Usage Telemetry: Request timestamps, API key hashes, target URLs extracted, latency metrics, and token calculations to enforce rate limits and subscription quotas.
- Security Logs: Client IP addresses and HTTP User-Agents to prevent DDoS attacks and enforce SSRF protections.
3. No Prompt Storage & Zero Retention of Private Context
TokenMarkdown is a stateless extraction engine. We do not store or inspect the private prompt contexts, system prompts, or agent instructions passed alongside extraction requests.
4. Sub-Processors
We share data only with essential infrastructure partners:
- Stripe, Inc. – Merchant billing and subscription management.
- Unkey.dev – Global edge API key verification.
- Cloudflare, Inc. – Edge routing, CDN, and DDoS mitigation.
